The overall aim of sports nutrition is to help maximise the athlete's ability to train and perform to the best of their ability.

- Assessment of fluid needs
- Setting nutritional goals and action planning regarding how to meet goals
- Training and competition nutrition and hydration strategies
- Orientation planning for athletes planning to compete abroad

- Hydration monitoring
- In-depth dietary analysis
- Personalised menu plans
The first appointment takes approximately 45 minutes, with follow-up appointments generally lasting up to 30 minutes.
